Zac Carlisle joined the Department of Sociology at Oklahoma State University in the Fall of 2015. He moved to Stillwater from Omaha, NE, where he obtained a B.S. and M.A. from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Zac is interested in a variety of sociological ideas, but his main research and academic interests broadly involve social psychology and the sociology of sport, as well as qualitative methodology, social stratification, sociological theory, and the sociology of gender. Zac's dissertation focuses on the investigation of sexual assault committed on college campuses by NCAA student-athletes.
