Bio

Jessica Schachle is a first year Ph.D. student here at the Department of Sociology at Oklahoma State. Jessica is interested in researching social inequalities through an intersectional lens. Her Master’s Thesis explored how participation in extracurricular activities influenced student academic success among high school girls. Jessica is looking to expand on her previous research within the educational field while also exploring other research interests.
